General concept
The exterior of the private building is fully in line with modern architectural trends. Without unnecessary decor and complex shapes, it is highly functional for its intended purpose.
The landscape was used accurately and deliberately: since there was no need to create a terrace or additional buildings, the author of the project proposed to emphasize the beauty of the house with clear graphic proportions and finishing materials.

The main architectural techniques
Slate and high-quality decorative rusted metal were chosen as the main decorative element, which aptly emphasizes both the minimalist forms and maximum functionality of the building. The combination of these materials recreates an urban picture of the future in the present.
The project features panoramic glass ceilings. This architectural technique not only increases the insolation of the premises but also serves as a kind of exterior decoration. It perfectly contrasts and complements the stone and metal textures on the facades.
The architectural composition is successfully emphasized by the right landscape design. In order to avoid distracting attention from the facades, laconic vegetation and carefully designed lighting leading to the entrance to the building were chosen.
Interior design
In the courtyard, there is a swimming pool and a comfortable gazebo with a guest room. On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen-living room, which can also serve as an office. The entire floor space is designed as an open space. The second floor has private areas for bedrooms.
The project is made in the best traditions of modern architecture of the XXI century and meets the canons of thoughtful, logical and functional design of residential buildings. It will be remembered by connoisseurs for its minimalist originality and competent simplicity and distribution of forms.
