Contemporary Sanctuary
***
From the idea of architecture to the realization of the interior space, this project has become an example of a harmonious symbiosis of exterior and interior.

General concept
The architectural style was guided by trends and added elements of minimalism. The same design was transferred to the interior space.
The authors of the project paid great attention to technical solutions. All communications are laid with the latest technology in mind. The house is equipped with electric and gas boilers and a heat pump with backup storage, which ensures its autonomy. In addition, there is a smart home system with the latest technology.
Interior design
As for the design, it is, as the author of the project aptly emphasized, “enchanting.” An interesting feature of the entire interior is the absence of textiles on the windows, except for the bedroom and children's room. This decision was made due to the architecture of the house, which offers an amazing view with no neighbors around.
The possibility of such a design was provided by a fairly large adjoining territory - more than 30 acres. A separate place for two was allocated on the outdoor terrace that opens from the bedroom. For a more intimate atmosphere, it is closed from prying eyes by load-bearing walls on both sides, and only the front part is open, where there are no neighbors opposite.
The interior is decorated with natural stone, wood, metal and decorative concrete plaster.
Living room-kitchen
The floors of the house are connected by an interesting staircase with lighting and no traditional handrails.
The kitchen-living room space is divided by a dining area. This solution was implemented in order not to spend a lot of time setting the dining table and not to run from the kitchen to the other end of the room. And for “quick snacks” and cooking, a kitchen island appeared in the work area.
The spacious and maximally functional kitchen is thought out to the smallest detail: plenty of storage space, a separate pantry for food with areas for vegetables and fruits, shelves and drawers for kitchen equipment, appliances and utensils. The owner of the house cooks a lot and loves it, so we were guided directly by her wishes.
Since the load on the kitchen area is quite heavy, veneered mdf panels were used in the wall decoration. The functional, laconic and modern kitchen is perfectly combined with the dining area and the recreation area.
Private area
The private rooms - the master bedroom and the children's room - are designed in the same style. The master bedroom has a large dressing room, which is divided into two parts: for men and women. A similar division is thought out in the master bathroom.
The house also has a place for a comfortable gym, where the owner likes to spend his leisure time. In general, the house gives the impression of a comfortable, autonomous and aesthetic island, which is accessible only to the chosen ones.
