General concept
In terms of functionality, everything is thought out in the apartment: engineering systems, smart home, storage areas, comfortable division into a private area, living room and separate kitchen. Modern high-quality materials are used in the decoration: natural stone, decorative plaster of the highest class, parquet board.
The main stylistic technique that unites the entire room is imitation of chipped stone blocks.
Living room-bedroom area
The living room and bedroom are actually a single space, but they are quite aptly separated by a podium. The main decoration of the minimalist and somewhat ascetic living room is a “green” wall with live and artificial plants. The composition seems to explain the concept of life, which will develop despite any difficulties. The greenery seems to sprout through the cracks in the stone and eventually take over. The area was complemented by a soft, comfortable sofa with a modern ergonomic shape.
The bedroom area is separated by a decorative podium, visually creating a private sleeping area. For additional comfort, a carpet was laid on the floor under the bed. The main decorative element was the wall behind the headboard. The bedroom area looks like a cave carved out of the rock, despite the roughness of the materials used. In addition, the textile design of the bed adds a sense of home. The bed and sofa are by the famous European brand LEMA.
In addition to the living spaces, the project author provided a spacious dressing room in the apartment. There are also storage areas in the hallway.
