The stylish, elegant, cozy interior of the apartment impresses with its well-thought-out functionality and aesthetic sustainability.

General concept

The main wish of the customer was to create a minimalist-style living space with rather elite materials, preferably of Ukrainian production. The interior successfully combined domestic materials with iconic European brands.

The color scheme was dictated by the clients: restrained gray shades are complemented by soft olive to soften the effect of strict minimalism.

Zoning

On two and a half floors, there are the main guest and private areas of the owners, a children's space and a large terrace. There was also a place for storage space, which compactly places the equipment necessary for the home.

First floor

On the first floor there is a large living room with a spacious kitchen and a seating area for guests. The entire space is united by well-thought-out conciseness in strict forms, minimal decor and ergonomic solutions.

Finishing materials of Ukrainian manufacturers (natural veneer, high-quality MDF and chipboard, parquet board, natural plaster imitating artificial concrete) are harmoniously combined with furniture and lighting of world-class brands. The dining area has a Poliform table and Chair Tip Toe chairs. Lamina Too Stool by Bonaldo chairs are behind the bar, which conventionally separates the kitchen from the living room. Lighting above the table – Tribes Linear Pendant.

In the living room there is a lounge area with a large deep blue sofa, which became the main color accent, and a spectacular Cattelan Italia coffee table.
From the first floor to the second floor, an ergonomic staircase leads to which special attention was paid. Visually, the stairs do not overload, but complement the interior: good lighting creates the effect of weightlessness. There is also a guest bathroom on the first floor.

"Since the area of the apartment is not very large, and the stairs took up a lot of space, we had to make them as functional as possible, but small in size," says the author of the project. "This was possible thanks to professional, careful design in compliance with all norms."

Second floor

On the second floor, there is a master bedroom with a huge dressing room and a bathroom, and a children's room in a separate wing.

The main purpose of the zone is rest, and everything in the bedroom is subordinated to it. A comfortable bed is complemented by a Poliform table. And for immersing yourself in a book in the evenings, a comfortable Oscar Niemeyer leather chair is provided. Lighting in the bedroom is a FLOS pendant lamp and a Grok Invisible table lamp.

There is plenty of storage space in the dressing room. The bathroom is equipped with modern sanitary ware and materials.

The children's room has everything necessary for development - a play area, a space for activities and a place to relax with a comfortable bed. An interesting solution is to equip a seating area on the windowsill itself near a large window.

Terrace

The owners of the house were especially proud of the terrace, which was divided into two parts: the covered part of the "winter garden" and the open summer space. The place for recreation in winter is equipped in such a way that it is heated by UFO and always has a comfortable temperature. The open area has a barbecue, a jacuzzi, and a place for sunbathing.

A bright accent of the summer terrace is an oasis of fresh flowers. It is an ideal place to relax after a busy day at work. The interior of the terrace is complemented by a comfortable Bonaldo sofa.
