Nature’s View House
General concept
A minimalist-style house of 390 m² impresses with its architecture and engineering solutions. The facade is made of natural travertine, with energy efficient aluminum windows made by the Belgian manufacturer Reynaers.
The studio's designers applied the basic principles of minimalism: simple shapes, the lack of unnecessary decorative elements, keeping the building in line with its natural surroundings.
Modern engineering excellence
One of the key features is a flat roof with a hidden drainage system, which allows to keep the house sleek and modern. All communications are placed in the middle of the building, and the pipes are soundproofed, so the running water does not cause any noise. Such technologies increase the project's cost, but at the same time make it both modern and high-tech. Such solutions are rarely used in Ukraine, making this project exceptional one.
Summer-ready terrace: a perfect space for relaxation
Architectural LED lighting emphasizes the house's shape and focuses on its lines. Due to modern engineering technologies, many aspects of everyday life in this house can be controlled and automated. The smart home system through the climate control system allows you to maintain a comfortable temperature in both hot and cold weather.
We designed the terrace to be fully accessible in summer, creating a spacious location for relaxation.
Modern comfort: sunken lounge, fire pit, and smart home technologies
On the plot, we planned a separate location for leisure – a lounge area with sunken sofas and a fire pit. During the winter, the cushions are protected by special covers.
