Kitchen–living room

The kitchen–living room of this project embodies a modern interpretation of premium minimalism, where understated luxury reveals itself through noble materials and impeccable proportions. Deep shades of natural stone with expressive texture become the main accent, enhanced by warm lighting and geometrically precise lines.

This area is designed both for lively gatherings with friends over a glass of wine and for intimate romantic evenings spent watching favorite movies.

In the living area — a Poliform Westside modular sofa invites relaxation, while a custom sideboard with a Planika biofireplace adds a sense of intimate coziness. The Henge Crystal Evo pendant light serves as a sculptural centerpiece, uniting the kitchen and living zones into a single harmonious composition. Panoramic windows open up breathtaking views of the river, flooding the space with natural light and reinforcing the feeling of openness and connection with nature

Guest bathroom

The guest bathroom of this project embodies refined aesthetics and impeccable attention to detail. The gray palette here serves as a universal base, enhancing the texture and depth of the stone.

Its cool, restrained tones create an atmosphere of calm and harmony while emphasizing the contemporary character of the interior. Combined with warm lighting, the gray acquires a particular softness, making the space both cozy and balanced.

Master zone

The master zone of this project is a private retreat for the owners, combining the bedroom, walk-in wardrobe, and bathroom into a single functional and aesthetic composition.

The central element is a custom bed with a wide upholstered headboard that sets the tone of comfort and tranquility. Clean lines and a low profile reinforce the sense of openness. On both sides are Bolando Moneypenny bedside tables — elegant, softly contoured pieces that highlight the geometry of the interior. Above them hang minimalist Venicem pendant lights, creating intimate accent lighting.

The headboard area is defined by a striking wall of dark stone with a volumetric relief and subtle backlighting, adding depth and drama to the space. Behind a movable partition lies a spacious open wardrobe, finished in warm wooden tones with contrasting dark shelving and hardware.

Master bathroom

The master bathroom of this project unites strict functionality with premium aesthetics. Deep gray stone shades with delicate veining create a sense of spatial integrity, while warm concealed lighting adds intimacy and a refined coziness to the atmosphere.

Home office

The home office is distinguished by a minimalist aesthetic and a carefully balanced harmony between functionality and elegance. At the center stands a custom-designed desk with clean geometry, highlighting the space while opening a view of the Dnipro River.

Behind it, the unique Henge Spectre shelving system creates graphic depth within the interior and serves as an artistic focal point. Comfort is ensured by the Vitra Soft Pad chair in a warm leather tone, complemented by the minimalist Diza side table. The monochrome palette, natural light, and tactile textures make the office atmosphere serene yet full of character.

Terrace

The terrace of this project is a private oasis above the city, where comfort and design merge into a harmonious atmosphere. The Flexform Oasis sofa with its soft cushions invites relaxation, while the Vibieffe Side Table offers a convenient spot for a glass of wine or a book. Behind the sofa, a planter cabinet with greenery adds a touch of life and gently separates the lounge from the wall finished with the warm texture of red brick.

At the center, a freestanding Ecosmart Base bio-fireplace creates an intimate sense of coziness in the evening. The terrace opens to a breathtaking panorama of the majestic Dnipro River, making it the perfect place for heartfelt conversations with friends or quiet romantic evenings.

Laundry room

The laundry room is executed in white, visually enlarging the space and creating a sense of freshness. A contrasting dark shelving unit with built-in lighting organizes storage and appliances, ensuring both functionality and style.
