Living area

We used only natural materials in the project: stone, wood, and glass. The walls are decorated with decorative MDF panels. The living room is furnished with a sofa and armchairs by the Italian brand Lema Mobili, and the rest of the furniture is in light beige colors.

Kitchen area

The kitchen facades are made of carved MDF combined with natural stone. The dining table by the Italian brand Bonaldo has a large wooden table-top resting on a solid sculptural base.

The kitchen-living room has two separate glass elements. One of them contains a wine refrigerator and a storage cabinet, creating an elegant showcase. The other, located directly in the kitchen area, includes an oven as well as well-organized shelves for added functionality and minimalist elegance.

Bedroom

Carefully selected elements make the bedroom comfortable and elegant. The YUME fabric bed by POLIFORM with an upholstered headboard creates a cozy focal point. The Moon table lamp by Davide Groppi adds warm light to the minimalist bedside table next to it. The elegant Icarus chair by the Dutch brand Linteloo is combined with a dressing table and a modern Bocci lamp by the Canadian design studio. Combined, these details emphasize the calm and refined atmosphere of the space.

Home office

Warm-colored wall panels and smooth lines create a calming atmosphere. The spacious desk opens breathtaking panoramic view of the botanical garden, giving the owner constant source of inspiration.

Hallway

The hallway design creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere through the smart use of track lighting and LED strips integrated into the ceiling. This combination provides both functional lighting and emphasizes the texture of the wooden wall panels, creating a cozy and stylish atmosphere.

Bathroom

The minimalist bathroom design combines natural textures and clean lines to create a comfortable and functional space.
