General concept
This two-story house was designed for those who value depth, aesthetics, and tactile materials. Natural stone, wood, and glass set the foundation, while the client’s love for dark tones guided the color palette. Still, the Yousupova team kept the space soft, cozy, and welcoming for the entire family.
The dark color scheme is refined and balanced with classic detailing, panoramic windows, and custom lighting. The project also includes smart home technology and a mechanical ventilation system.
Kitchen & living room
The heart of the home is the combined kitchen and living area. A professional chef’s kitchen sits alongside a demonstration kitchen, with visual zoning achieved through rich material contrasts — from dark stone to soft light textiles.
A fireplace adds warmth and ambiance. Above the dining table, we placed a lighting fixture by the Italian brand Henge, which also became an expressive accent in the overall composition of the space.
Guest area
A private guest suite includes a bedroom, a separate bathroom, and a walk-in wardrobe. The guest space continues the project’s overall aesthetic with restrained tones and natural textures.
Master suite
Upstairs, the master suite features a spacious bedroom, dressing room, and en-suite bathroom. Floor-to-ceiling windows, moody lighting, and dark tones create an elegant retreat. Most furniture was custom-designed specifically for the project.
Home office
The office is minimalist and functional — open shelving, warm textures, and natural light make it ideal for focused work in a calm atmosphere.
